This course introduces all aspects of cybersecurity principles and technologies. Fundamental topics include cyber threats and vulnerabilities, information security frameworks, network security, cryptography, system defense, information security policy, legal and political issues, and security management. The course includes hands-on learning through experiments, case studies, and projects. Offered fall and winter semesters. Prerequisite: CIS 162.
