Includes practical application of evidence-based diets and menu editing for individuals with common chronic diseases. Nutrition screening, care planning for diagnosis and interventions, and evaluation for chronic diseases are included in the hybrid course. Offered winter semester. Prerequisites: BMS 105, BMS 250, BMS 251, and CHM 232.
