This is an overview of current U.S. health care organizational leadership, types, and trends including comparison of current management, organization theories, and global health systems. Health care public policy making is analyzed and described emphasizing the historical, philosophical, and political aspects of public policy including policy development, analysis, and constituent advocacy.
