This course provides application of theories, advanced nursing strategies and evidence-based practices in health promotion and management of common health problems in care for infants, children, adolescents, and their families. It incorporates principles of epidemiology for the improvement of population health outcomes and provides foundation for pediatric primary care. Offered winter semester.
