Description:
International Studies 380 is the special topics course in which students enroll when they study abroad. Students on study abroad programs enroll in this ?placeholder? course until the transcript arrives from the overseas institution, at which time the course is converted to an equivalent Grand Valley course (replaced IS 380 on the transcript). In cases where there is no comparable Grand Valley course, the original IS 380, with an appropriate subtitle, remains on the transcript. Students may enroll in one to 16 credits of IS 380 per academic term, if approved for study abroad through an application process administered by the Padnos International Center.
