Human Resource Management topics dramatized in movies include ethics, group problem solving, crisis management, cultural diversity, change management, conflict resolution, globalization, communication, goal-setting, and participatory vs. authoritarian management techniques, among others. The knowledge available in movies will be supplemented with readings, personal reflection, and a leadership project.
