This course introduces the subject and practical applications of project management, which is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. Students learn the skills necessary to initiate, plan, execute, control, and close small, medium, and large projects. The course combines theory, techniques, and applications of the subject material using a project management software application program. Prerequisites: ENG 102 and (MAT 145 or higher) and MGT 212 and (OAT 152 or DAT 101)
