Pre-requisites: BIOL2260, BIOL2261, PSNG1509, PNSG1512, PNSG1514, PSYC2222. This course focuses on the care of individual patients with psychiatric and behavioral disorders. Emphasis is placed on common psychiatric and behavioral disorders as well as promoting and maintaining the mental health of individual patients. Principles of pathophysiology, nutrition and pharmacology are applied.
