Positive Psychology encompasses psychological theory and research about what makes our livessatisfying, purposeful, and "worth living", as well as what creates happiness and well-being. Students will examine the major theories and concepts of the field of positive psychology, and will engage in a variety of empirically-supported interventions designed to help them reach their fullest potential, improve overall quality of life, and enhance psychological well-being.
