Covers administration of database management systems, logical database design, implementation of database designs, and application development using a DBMS. Students will design, manage, and implement databases and applications that use databases. **COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLOs) At the successful conclusion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Design an effective database system. 2. Demonstrate the proper use of database normal forms. 3. Demonstrate the proper use of the SQL programming language. Course fee required.
