Outline theories related to individual and group motivation. 2. Express how leadership theories can be used to create an optimal learning environment. 3. Develop appropriate, theory-driven intervention strategies for promoting a healthy lifestyle, through activity participation in given scenarios. 4. Synthesize information critical to the understanding of research in Behavioral Change through cultural lens scenarios. 5.
