Project Management course is designed to prepare students for the senior capstone project. The course will include development of a contract, goal setting, time management, budgeting, project funding, project leadership and team building principles. Engineering economics, team work, quality statistics and continuous improvement will also be discussed. Other topics include project life cycles, organization and risk management. Students should take this course the semester before taking BME 4010.
