A primary objective of this course is to examine how international logistics decisions are made which have an impact on functional areas of an organization trying to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. Discussions will consist of export-import procedures, multinational logistics strategy, international payment processes, review and selection of transportation modes, and risk management will be reviewed.
