Students are taught personnel management systems, labor relations for today and total compensation theory and practice This course is one of 16 required course modules, mandated by the PA State Board of Nursing Home Administrator , that make up the 120-hour Nursing home Administrator certificate program for those desiring to become a nursing home administrator.
