Instructs students in the theory and practice of adult education in order to prepare them to effectively instruct law enforcement officers. Students are taught the theories of adult learning, instructor attributes and ethics, class environment demeanor, effective learning objective writing, and selection/preparation of course materials e.g. such as lesson plans and supporting job aids). Students prepare and deliver several lessons on for evaluation.
