Provides students with an understanding of the HIPPA law requirements and regulations pertaining to HIPPA HIPPA privacy rule. This course provides necessary guidance for how your organization may be HIPPA compliant. This training is updated in accordance to the HIPPA regulation because of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical health which forms a part of the American Recovery and Reimbursement Act of 2009 (AARA) Omnibus rule of 2013 and Electronic Health Records (EHR) & meaningful use incentives.
