Reviews many of the basic features and functions of a Microsoft-based device. The main topics presented in this course include an introduction to essential skills to get started such as understanding the tech hardware (keyboard, mouse, USB ports, etc.) logging into the device using using the desktop screen and basic internet searching. Students engage in evenly-paced learning sessions with HACC???s highly qualified instructor in a personalized setting Typical courses are presented in-person for a total of four hours and include breaks and interactive practice sessions.
