Today???s changing workforce requires creative and adaptive skills to not only meet our day-to-day job obligations successfully, but to also maneuver in a whole new world of interpersonal communication, leadership, and conflict management with professional and effective tactics. This team-focused course is directed at groups that are interested in unifying or remaining connected through a complex, and potentially totally remote workplace environment. This course layers various elements and knowledge points regarding personal success as well as modifying our approaches to meet the needs of others in this virtual workplace. Course activities include lecture and discussion regarding workplace realities and asynchronous learning materials to guide participants to identify current strengths, develop tactical actions, and focus on leadership and focus on leadership and team-building actions that meet the needs of employees.
