Presents the project management skills necessary to plan, schedule, and manage the resources and processes of technological operations using a systems approach. Techniques appropriate for small business, mid level, and international projects will be discussed. Course Objectives Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to: (1) Identify and demonstrate how to inculcate Tm project management skills necessary to plan, schedule and manage resources in daily practice (2) Apply a systems approach to examining the processes within TMGT operations (3) Identify TM projects development/management techniques used in small, mid level as well as international projects (4) Demonstrate proficiency in academic writing skills and adherence to APA standards
