Theories of quality management and their application in technological settings are explored. Course Objectives Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to: (1) Identify and articulate the role of leaders in TMGT (2) Outline the key concepts and stages of evolution presented in quality management theory (3) Apply quality management strategies in daily practice (4) Develop and present case study in quality management strategies in organizational application; incorporate users and TMGT professionals relationship in defining strategy; planning, development, and implementation (5) Demonstrate proficiency in academic writing skills and adherence to APA standards
