3715. Discrete Mathematics. A course in discrete mathematical structures to prepare students for advanced courses. Topics include set theory, functions and relations, logic and quantifiers, truth tables and Boolean expressions, induction and other techniques of proof, and graphs. Credit will not be given for both CSCI 3710 and MATH 3715. Prereq.: MATH 1572 or MATH 1585H. 3 s.h.
