Regenerative Agriculture is a system approach to soil, ecosystem, human, environmental, and planetary health. Successful, sustainable outcomes depend on the practical application and integration of theory and knowledge from multiple associated disciplines. This course provides the theoretical introduction to Regenerative Agriculture and is supported by application of that theory and integration with other, key disciplines, in 6 semesters of Regenerative Field Lab (ENV 200) for majors in the Environmental Science Regenerative Agriculture track. Students in other majors may take the course as a brief, stand-alone introduction to the concepts of regenerative agriculture.
