Topics covered are: Interest Rate Measurement, Time Value of Money, Annuities, Loan Payment, Bond, General Cash Flows and Portfolios (yield curves, rates of return, and measures of duration and convexity), Cash Flow Matching and Immunization, and Interest Rate Swaps.
