Office Procedures is the study and development of personal qualities, skills, and knowledge needed by successful office administrative assistants. The goal is to prepare students to provide support in a business environment. Office etiquette, telephone and mail procedures, receptionist techniques, reference source use, reprographics, travel arrangements, business ethics and etiquette, career opportunities, and preparation for employment will be discussed and reinforced with case studies and activities.
