Evidence-based exploration of current controversies in Nutritional Sciences. Students will use principles of systematic and critical reviews to synthesize and summarize information from peer-reviewed literature and guidelines reputable scientific bodies, on a given topic. PREREQ: NTDT200 or equivalent, BISC276 or equivalent and STAT200 or equivalent. RESTRICTIONS: MS in Human Nutrition (MSHN) majors, Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics/Dietetic Internship (MS/DI) majors, PhD in Nutrition Science majors, PhD in Health Behavior students, and Master of Science in Health Promotion students only.
