On-site interaction with and immersion in administrative duties enabling students to observe, participate in and evaluate the various functions and responsibilities associated with laboratory organization and management. Under direct supervision of a laboratory director, supervisor, manager, or administrator, the student will assess management and administrative roles and outcomes within the laboratory as a means to develop and refine leadership skills. PREREQ: MEDT631, or other graduate/undergraduate management course.
