Properties of gases, liquids, solids and solutions. COREQ: MATH 114, MATH 115, or MATH 117, and CHEM133. Students whose MATH Placement Examination score placed them in MATH 221 or higher need not take a MATH course coincident with CHEM 103. RESTRICTIONS: For majors in the physical and natural sciences, mathematics and engineering. One year of high school chemistry strongly recommended.
