This third of four courses, in the PTEC 260 series, builds upon the concepts covered in the Instrumentation I series (PTEC 180-183) and provides the student an introduction to Programmable Logic Controls (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and Instrumentaion Power Supply. The concepts covered in this course provide the student with an understanding of the instrumentaion used in the process industries and the basics of troubleshooting process control systems. 1-1-1
