This course will orient students to the professional pilot career. The Airplane Flight Simulator course will give students hands-on experience, knowledge and training for the real-world experience of airplane flight. Students will become familiar with the basic skills needed to fly an airplane including preflight operations, navigating, takeoffs, climbs, descents, landing and much more. It will highlight flight in airport environments, enroute, industry scenarios and dealing with ATC. Flight simulation provides a safe and low stress way to learning some of the basic aviation skills that students will need as a pilot.
