This course will demonstrate and outline the ways entrepreneurs recognize business opportunities, develop ideas and identify markets. Students will learn how to create a business model and plan and will learn about different foodservice entrepreneurial business models. Students will apply learned concepts by the creating of a food service business proposal and will nurture it from idea conception through the planning and presentation phases. Prerequisites: RFM315
