HSV445 - Stress, Wellness, and Coping Mechanisms for Human Services This course will examine the mind and body and their connection to behavior, stress, and health. Effects on neurological functioning, behavior, and life outcomes due to lifestyle, aging, disease, trauma, and stress will be explored from a human services perspective. The course focuses on coping mechanisms, resiliency, self-care, and wellness for clients and helpers. (3 Credits). Prerequisites: PSY105 AND HSV125
