Examines techniques, progressions, and safety, considerations within group fitness and, personal training. Students will learn practical, skills necessary to lead group and individual, fitness programs including music selection,, choreography, exercise selection, cuing, and, program management. Students will also learn, the scientific theory, regulatory organzations,, and legal concerns surrounding fitness leadership, in preparation professional certification and, employment.
