Multi-screen consumption of stories is changing the process of storytelling. You will learn how to structure and tell powerful stories in a transmedia world across different media platforms and how to have a positive influence in society through the telling of stories to entertain, educate, and bring about change. By the end of the semester students will be able to 1. Know the principles of transmedia storytelling and interactivity; 2. Use their skills to structure their stories in and across different media platforms; 3. Use their skills to tell transmedia stories that bring about positive social change in their community and promote justice.
