Spanish 310 is designed to help students improve their pronunciation of Spanish while acquiring the skill to eventually, as K-12 FL teachers, instruct their future students in the correct pronunciation of the Spanish language. Students will be introducedto the general phonetics and phonology of Spanish, will develop the ability to analyze the sound system of Spanish in the Americas, as well as Peninsular Spanish, and will explore the sound features of its principal dialects.
