This fully online course engages the fundamental skills necessary for success in a study of sophomore-level organic chemistry I. For students preparing to enroll in CHEM 211: Organic Chemistry I in the Fall semester. Helpful for the pre-med student. Topics include the structure and interactions of molecules (Lewis structures, bonding, isomers, nomenclature, intermolecular forces, acids and bases), energy pathways, and 3-dim visualization with molecular modeling software.
