This course is a survey course of selected Emergency Medical Special Operations which are not fully addressed in other courses. Within this course, students will be exposed to learning opportunities including but not limited to, blood-borne pathogens, hazardous materials, working in/around crime scenes and with law enforcement special operations (SWAT), fire-ground operations, and others as determined by the course instructors.
