This course concentrates on a further understanding of three-dimensional design with an emphasis on materials, techniques, and concept used in the many varieties of historical and contemporary sculptural form. Projects are designed to develop conceptual and critical thinking as well as exploring various fabrication techniques. ART 2310 fulfills the Visual & Performing Arts requirement at NWCCD. It does not meet the U5H requirement at UW unless it is transferred as part of an associate degree.
