Students will practice and apply training exercises to begin finishing a started horse. Exercises will include an overview of groundwork and training techniques used to train a horse for riding purposes, with a strong emphasis on training for events that would be seen at a horse show. Student will need a 3 or a 4-year-old horse that has been started but not finished for this course. Prequisites: Admittance to the Equine Training Program. (1 hr lec, 3 hrs lab, 1 hr arr lab)
