This course is designed to help the student develop effective human relations skills for the workplace and personal life. The student will explore human relations from a personal, interpersonal, and organizational perspective. The course will enhance a student's ability to solve problems and think critically about relationships with peers, co-workers, supervisors, and in one's personal life. The course will provide the student with human relations skills critical for successful leadership in a changing environment. A student earning credit in this course may not earn credit in MGT 2130.
