This course provides the student with the opportunity to apply their leadership skills in a structured environment. The student may use their own workplace or establish a team or internship setting in which they will demonstrate and apply the foundations of effective leadership. The student will gain constructive feedback regarding their leadership, and gain insight in how they may continue to strengthen their effectiveness. Prerequisite: Completion of or concurrent enrollment in MGT-1505, MGT-1510, and MGT-1515. (1 lect., 2 lab)
