This course provides the company officer with basic leadership skills and tools needed to perform effectively in the fire service environment. This course is recommended for line officers, unit commanders, program supervisors, training officers, staff or administrative officers, or for individuals seeking a supervisory position within a fire or rescue organization. This class is one in a series that is currently required to receive consideration for officer certification from the State of Wyoming.
