NOTE - This course will only be used for international students if required by SEVIS. All other students will use PILT 3300. Students will learn how to develop and execute a lesson plan, perform and instruct all maneuvers required of a Private and Commercial Pilot from the right seat in both a complex and non-complex aircraft, identify and correct common student errors, conduct positive transfer of flight controls, and employ effective aeronautical decision making and crew resource management. There is a lab/testing fee. (Flight Lab Hours: 25 Course Syllabus flight hours; 25 Dual Training hours; 0 Solo Training hours; 8 Pre-flight/Post-flight Briefing hours; 42 Ground Training hours) (Fall, Spring, Summer) [Graded (Standard Letter)] Prerequisite(s): (PILT 2230 or PILT 2260) and AVTN 3340 or Director of Flight Operations permission or department permission - Prerequisite Min.
