Moreover, today's business environment demands a compressed time frame for initiatives, especially for entrepreneurial ventures. Unfortunately, 70% of change programs fail due to poor conceptualization or poor execution. Effective leadership is the key to success. This course prepares students to lead and manage change in today's dynamic business world. Students explore change management frameworks and practices, applying their knowledge to real-world situations and leadership challenges. Upon completion of this course, students will understand the leadership required to be successful in introducing and implementing change.
