This course is a study of the problems presented to the actor by Shakespeare's texts. Class sessions will be in lecture as well as studio formats. This is an advanced acting class; all students in the class will be required to perform in assigned scenes and/or monologues, at a qualitative level commensurate with students who have demonstrated advanced performance abilities in previous classes.
