This unique course integrates a film, animation and new media seminar with a workshop component. It provides the opportunity for in-depth discussion and inquiry in to film, animation and new media in relationship to a variety of theoretical, cultural and historical topics covering artists, museums and exhibits world-wide. Students respond to course material through social media tools, blogs and personal research in digital format related to topics covered in the class. Varying subjects of study cover Europe, Asia, Oceania and the Americas.
