Students will explore several theories of adult learning and apply a selected model to their own academic self-discovery. Furthermore, students will develop academic writing and research skills. The course will serve as a bridge to proficiency that ensures the returning learner is prepared for the writing-intensive coursework on which they will be assessed throughout their bachelor's degree program. Frequency: once per year.
