This course will seek to discuss and explain to role of a Christian nurse. This course will define nursing for today based on historically and theologiccally grounded understanding of the "nurse's call." A focus on the ninistry of compassionate care with a holistic perspective. The idea of maintaining and restoring optimum health and bringing comfor in suffering and death for those in need. This course will seek out current nursing trends and discuss a vision for the future of nursing. Prerequisite: Declared Geneva College Nursing Major, completed CCBC nursing program. Offered Fall semester.
