Includes the contributions of rehabilitation and recreation services in improving quality of life for residents. **COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CLOs) At the successful conclusion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Demonstrate an understanding of managerial ideologies important to the operational, regulatory, and environmental standards of residential care facilities. 2. Describe the role of the administrator in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and staffing each department to provide appropriate levels of care and quality of life. 3.
