This course applies and expands upon the skills gained in CIS 308. It will focus on building real-world applications whose requirements include such features as file manipulation. It introduces students to non-Microsoft development and programming envoronments and compilers (e.g. GNU C++ under Red Hat Linux), in order to expand student skill bases. Prerequisite: C or better in CIS 308.
