Organizational frameworks that impact nursing care decisions are examined related to issues such as employee management, budgeting, communication, interprofessional teamwork, quality improvement, and ethical decision-making within healthcare organizations. Emphasis is on delegation, organizational structure, prioritization, legal responsibilities, and implications for professional nursing practice.
